1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Noble Bound online store.
Noble Bound is operated by Art of Concepts AS, a Norwegian registered company.
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We may update these terms when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services or applicable legislation.
These terms apply primarily to the purchase of physical products, including dog collars, leashes, training equipment and accessories.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
2. Products
We aim to present our products, colours, dimensions and other product information as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, photography, materials or production processes.
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product and size based on the product information and sizing guidance provided on our website.
For collars and other size-dependent products, we recommend measuring your dog carefully before ordering.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in our Norwegian online store are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable.
Any shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud or circumstances that make it impossible for us to fulfil the order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier and circumstances outside our control.
You will normally receive a confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
If an order is significantly delayed, we will aim to inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing through our online store are generally entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven).
The withdrawal period normally begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us within the withdrawal period.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the product must be returned without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
The customer normally covers the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal.
6. Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality.
If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection and this results in a reduction in value, we may deduct the corresponding reduction in value from the refund where permitted by law.
Products should therefore be returned carefully packaged and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging, labels and accessories.
The absence of original packaging does not in itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal.
7. Refunds Following Withdrawal
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund payments received from you in accordance with applicable law.
This includes the original standard delivery cost where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option are not refundable.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation showing that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exemption under applicable law applies.
This may include goods that have been made to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
If Noble Bound offers personalised products, such as products made specifically with a customer's requested name, dimensions or other individual specifications, this will be clearly stated before purchase where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

Products must be packaged appropriately to avoid damage during return transport.
Please do not send returns to an address that has not been confirmed by us unless that address is clearly stated on our website as the official Noble Bound return address.
10. Complaints and Defective Products
Your statutory rights relating to defective goods are governed by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven).
A product may be considered defective if, for example, it does not correspond to the description provided, has a manufacturing defect or does not meet requirements that reasonably follow from the purchase agreement.
Examples may include:
- A buckle failing prematurely during normal intended use.
- Stitching or construction failing due to a manufacturing defect.
- A material defect that makes the product unsuitable or unsafe for its intended purpose.
Normal wear and tear is not in itself considered a defect.
Damage caused by misuse, chewing, cutting, improper storage, incorrect fitting, excessive or unintended loads, accidents or use contrary to product instructions will normally not constitute a manufacturing defect.

Under Norwegian consumer legislation, the general complaint period is two years. For products that are intended to last substantially longer than two years under normal use, the statutory complaint period may be five years.
Where a valid defect exists, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation of the purchase or other remedies available under applicable law.
Any remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
11. Product Use and Safety
Noble Bound products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any product instructions or safety guidance provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that collars, leashes and other equipment are correctly fitted and appropriate for the size, strength and behaviour of their dog.
Products should be inspected regularly for signs of wear, damage or deterioration.
A damaged collar, leash, buckle, attachment point or other safety-critical component should not continue to be used.
Dog equipment may be subject to significant forces during use. No collar, leash or accessory should be considered indestructible.
12. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
Although we aim to keep inventory information accurate, a product or variant may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation and a refund.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to specific terms, validity periods and product restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotional offers.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse the use of promotional codes in cases of misuse, technical error or fraud.

16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law.
Mandatory consumer rights under Norwegian law cannot be restricted by these terms.
If a disagreement arises regarding an order or product, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Consumers may also have the right to seek assistance from relevant Norwegian consumer authorities or dispute resolution bodies.
